I know it's been far too long since I've posted but between snowboard events, work and many other distractions (yes I did watch a few Olympic events) I lost sight of my goals online. I"m not saying I'm back cause I never left but nor am I guaranteeing to post every day as I prefer life away from my laptop to one in front of it. Speaking of life away from a laptop, check out this preview and keep your eyes open for more information on it. They are saying it's a two year project but I'm pretty sure we are now into year two so I'm guessing winter 2010/11? Regardless, enjoy the outdoors vicariously through someone else.....
Check out Emanual Guzman. Then go to www.voxfootwear.com and check out his shoe the Deuce. then go buy it at Sud Skates in St. Catherines this spring......

Watch the video from last months first US Olympic qualifier at Copper Mtn. Props to Jesse for sounding so professional and level headed. Very analytical, shooting for a CTV sports Olympic analyst position?? Hopefully you'll be too busy coaching Canadian shreds in the finals.
Watch this about Maloney and Drop glove and goggle artistic collaborator Bigfoot and a mural they did for Wahoo's. You can find Bigfoots collab glove this year from Drop at better snowboard shops everywhere and keep an eye out for next winters Bigfoot artwork on a Drop goggle.
"I'm an over the hill sales rep in the snowboard industry trying to support my son and maintain false illusions of youth, success and general competence."
That was how it started, now: "Ripped from the heart of Georgian Bay and transplanted to the Heart of the Island in Port Alberni. Several minor career changes and a global pandemic later and it's an empty next with a view of Strathcona Park and the Alberni inlet. Self Improvement has become the focus while fighting off seasonal depression and focusing on living a better life." .....is where we are at now.
